After you place your order, it typically takes us 2-3 business days to process it, Monday through Friday (excluding weekends and holidays). Delivery dates provided by our carriers are estimates. You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed and in line for processing. To check your order history, you can create an account or log into My Account. If any items are out of stock or delayed, we’ll keep you updated via email.
How Long Does Shipping Take?

However, we can’t guarantee changes can be made once your order is placed. If your order is already in transit, we won’t be able to change the shipping address, but you can contact the courier to see if they can reroute it.

No worries, we’re here for you! Just email us at info@afitne.com with a photo of the defect or the incorrect item, and we’ll send you a replacement right away. Depending on the situation, we might provide a return label or let you keep the item.
