After you place your order, it typically takes us 2-3 business days to process it, Monday through Friday (excluding weekends and holidays). Delivery dates provided by our carriers are estimates. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed and in line for processing. To check your order history, you can create an account or log into My Account. If any items are out of stock or delayed, we’ll keep you updated via email.
Shipping times are calculated automatically at checkout, with options for standard or express delivery. Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package’s journey. Keep in mind that during busy holiday seasons, there may be delays due to increased shipping volume. We appreciate your patience and are here to help if you have any questions!
We all make mistakes! If you need to change your order, just shoot us an email at info@afitne.com, and we’ll do our best to help. However, we can’t guarantee changes can be made once your order is placed. If your order is already in transit, we won’t be able to change the shipping address, but you can contact the courier to see if they can reroute it.
No worries, we’re here for you! Just email us at info@afitne.com with a photo of the defect or the incorrect item, and we’ll send you a replacement right away. Depending on the situation, we might provide a return label or let you keep the item.
Please note that the prices listed on our website do not include taxes, duties, or shipping fees. If you’re ordering from outside the USA, you’re responsible for any customs fees that may apply, including import fees, declaration fees, and taxes. For more details about customs and import charges, please check with your local customs office. If your order address is incorrect and your package doesn’t arrive, we won’t be responsible and can’t offer a refund. However, if your package gets lost in transit, we’d be more than happy to send you a replacement.
Once your order has shipped, we'll send you an email with tracking information and updates on your order status. You can easily track your order online by clicking on the "Order Status" link at the top right of the page. Just enter your order confirmation number and email address to get real-time updates on your shipment.
30-Day Return Policy
- Original Condition: Please return items that are unwashed, unworn, and in their original condition, with tags still attached and in the original plastic packaging.
- Return Period: We can only accept returns sent within 30 days. If items (or their packaging) aren’t in original condition, we may have to reject the return.
- Direct Purchases Only: Returns are accepted only for items purchased directly from Afitne. Unfortunately, we can’t process returns from third-party retailers.
- Shipping Costs: You’ll be responsible for the cost of return shipping, as we don’t offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method you used, whether that’s a credit card or PayPal.
